New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (Data Center)

Location: Remote, California, United States; travel required 15–30% to data center campuses for site visits and workshops.

Salary: $66,120–$104,400 USD gross per year.

What you will do

• Own deployment trackers and coordinate milestones from cable start through Production Ready across 2–4 concurrent buildings.
• Lead weekly coordination calls and align Design, Engineering, Construction, Network Deployment, and supporting teams.
• Track network-layer dependencies, construction schedules, hardware delivery SLAs, BOMs, logistics, and warehouse coordination.
• Identify schedule risks, create and manage SEVs, communicate timeline impacts, and escalate missed commitments to leadership.
• Standardize deployment templates, conduct lessons-learned reviews, and mentor incoming Deployment Enablement Managers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive project or program management experience in data center construction, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or critical facility deployment.
• Strong knowledge of data center network infrastructure, production network layers, rack and stack, provisioning, circuit audits, device scanning, and activation or undrain workflows.
• Experience with data center construction phases including foundation, cable start, TFO, commissioning, and network turn-up.
• Experience managing $1M–$10M projects with concurrent workstreams, MSPs, field operations teams, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic frameworks for workflow automation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience; site access badges and background checks are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, or similar organizations.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• BICSI RCDD, CDCDP, or similar data center and cabling certification.
