Engineering Operations Execution Lead (AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States. U.S. Person status is required, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.

Salary: $109,000–$159,500 annually for Colorado, with the range depending on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. The role is also incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-domain engineering initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Establish outcomes, ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points, escalating issues that require leadership action.
• Run engineering planning and portfolio cadences focused on decisions, exceptions, and tradeoffs.
• Establish agentic project-management workflows for lower-complexity initiatives, including automated coordination, status synthesis, milestone tracking, evidence collection, and risk identification.
• Define human-in-the-loop controls and escalation paths for ambiguity, exceptions, and consequential decisions.
• Improve portfolio visibility, execution data quality, operating standards, and engineering processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams or domains.
• Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and leaders.
• Experience with engineering planning, dependency and risk management, and technical delivery.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or agentic workflows to operational problems, with sound judgment about where human involvement remains necessary.
• Ability to use data and systems of record to create trustworthy execution visibility.
• Excellent communication, influence, leadership, systems thinking, and continuous-improvement skills.
