Technical Deployment Lead - East

Location: 100% on-site at data centers in Dalton, GA; Lithia Springs, GA; or Marble, NC, with up to 60% rotational travel across U.S. data centers

Salary: $90,000–$102,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits

What you will do

• Build and deploy new and ongoing data center sites through nationwide travel.
• Implement and document global data center standards and perform QA/QC site audits.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical support.
• Train internal data center teams and collaborate with network engineers and project managers.
• Develop tools and scripts for updating server and networking hardware.
• Maintain test and tool equipment and provide follow-up project support.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficiency with Linux and comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation best practices.
• Effective communication, collaboration, time management, and project ownership.
• Ability to travel, work in a 24/7 operational environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at elevated locations.
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status or eligibility for access or export authorization.
