Salary: $200,000–$260,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee the company’s IT systems and core infrastructure, ensuring uptime, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support Microsoft enterprise software platforms and related technologies.
• Collaborate with engineers and internal business units to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Define and maintain standards and best practices for systems design, testing, implementation, and change control.
• Build automation at scale and improve infrastructure performance, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve infrastructure problems proactively and support mission-critical systems in physical and virtualized environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with 3+ years of systems administration experience, or 5+ years of professional systems administration experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Kerberos, Entra ID, and multi-platform authentication environments.
• 5+ years of experience configuring, upgrading, managing, and troubleshooting Windows-based systems and services.
• Experience with physical and virtualized servers and monitoring mission-critical enterprise environments.
• Experience with networking technologies including IPv4, IPSEC VPN, SSL-VPN, SD-WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, and high-availability architecture.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux administration.
• Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, Bash scripting, and build processes.
• Experience with Ansible, Salt, or Chef.
• Expertise in scalable systems architecture, fault tolerance, performance tuning, monitoring, and metrics collection.
