Assistant Store Manager I (Luxury Fashion)

Location: Lynnwood, United States (Alderwood - hirify.global); onsite retail role

Salary: $18.50–$38.25 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals through forecasting, planning, category initiatives, KPI monitoring, and strategy adjustments.
• Deliver hirify.global service standards, create an inclusive customer environment, resolve customer issues, and represent the brand in-store and in the community.
• Recruit, onboard, hirify.global, and develop team members while building a strong talent pipeline.
• Support virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social-media-informed customer engagement.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store safety, policy compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with district and corporate teams on market trends, store strategies, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems, with knowledge of omnichannel services and clienteling strategies.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and other high-traffic retail days. Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to perform stockroom and sales-floor movement.
