O/N Merchandising Lead (Overnight) – New Club Opening Davenport, FL (Retail)

Location: Onsite at 41166 Highway 27, Davenport, Florida, United States; overnight schedule for a new Sam’s Club opening.

Salary: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Supervise overnight associates, assign work, set priorities, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Stock, organize, sign, price, and display merchandise so the club is clean, safe, and ready for members each morning.
• Receive and stock merchandise, manage inventory documentation, support product rotation, recalls, sanitation, and pickup-order staging.
• Conduct safety checks and enforce equipment, forklift spotting, steel, hazardous-material, and company compliance procedures.
• Use handheld technology and available data to manage workflow, monitor progress, and adjust operational plans.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must work onsite at the Davenport, Florida club.
• At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to collaborate with managers, associates, and business partners while balancing workloads and priorities.
• Ability to follow safety, compliance, ethics, and operational procedures.
