Bilingual Spanish Required Lead Teller (Banking)

Location: West New York, New Jersey, United States; in-office role

Salary: $45,000–$75,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor tellers by example to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Process customer transactions and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs, explain financial transaction options, and make appropriate referrals.
• Engage customers in the lobby and position relevant banking products and services.
• Support the Branch Manager with performance management and new-hire selection.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, risk controls, and daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish capability is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or relevant product knowledge is typically required.
• High school diploma, GED, or a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered; no university degree is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage transaction accuracy, fraud prevention, multiple priorities, and established risk controls.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
