Financial Advisor

Location: Bethesda, Maryland, United States; primary office at 7475 Wisconsin Ave.

Salary: $43,888 per year, plus potential overtime, incentive, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and service existing clients while strengthening customer relationships.
• Acquire new clients through internal referrals and external prospecting.
• Assess customer financial needs and initiate or recommend appropriate investment products.
• Cross-refer customers to wealth management, trust, insurance, lending, and retail banking services.
• Support training for Associate Financial Advisors in customer profiling, sales skills, and goal achievement.
• Maintain client files, complete continuing education, and review licensed banker work for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Life/Health license and FINRA Series 7 and 63 & 65 or Series 66.
• Strong management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to comply with financial regulations, licensing requirements, and company procedures.
