Front End Lead Full Time

Location: Deer Park, NY #0359; onsite retail work

Salary: $20.50–$25.63 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise the front end, including cashiers, self-checkout, scan-and-pan lanes, and the membership desk, when the Front End Manager is absent.
• Coach, teach, motivate, recognize, and develop frontline team members.
• Drive membership acquisition, retention, loyalty, engagement, service, speed, and productivity metrics.
• Handle point-of-sale operations, payments, refunds, credits, receipts, coupons, and accurate merchandise scanning.
• Resolve escalated member concerns and assist with self-checkout and other operational or technical issues.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, cleanliness, compliance, and daily club standards.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Membership or sales knowledge and experience are preferred.
• Prior cashier experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential job function.
• The role requires frequent movement on hard surfaces, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds; heavier objects may require assistance.
