Salary: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise the Tire and Battery Center team and coordinate staffing, scheduling, service execution, and daily business priorities.
• Deliver safe, efficient tire and battery services while maintaining service standards, equipment operations, TPMS knowledge, recall procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Train associates on products, technologies, service processes, safety, and required learning programs.
• Use handheld and digital tools to support service decisions, sales, safety alerts, product information, training, and member experience.
• Manage inventory, orders, returns, special orders, transactions, documentation, and expense controls.
• Develop associates, identify talent, support career growth, and collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete required job training and assessments within the prescribed period.
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience or 6 months of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of tire and battery services, safety and compliance protocols, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality.
• Ability to supervise, train, mentor, schedule, and support associates in a physical automotive service environment.
