Vehicle Condition Assessor (Automotive)

Salary: $17.00–$27.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess and document cosmetic and mechanical vehicle conditions for appraisal analysis.
• Option vehicles accurately during assessments and inventory updates.
• Capture high-quality images of wholesale vehicles for hirify.global websites.
• Prepare and support wholesale auction operations, including vehicle secures and confirmations.
• Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Senior Buyers, Purchasing Managers, and other associates while supporting onboarding.

Requirements

• Deliver strong customer service and collaborate across departments.
• Follow standardized processes and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed; walk, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience in vehicle assessments or a related automotive field.
