Title Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Review and process title documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and prepare them for sale.
• Complete applications to transfer vehicle title ownership and enter title information into the operating system.
• Communicate with customers, vehicle owners, and internal and external partners by phone, email, mail, and in person.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies, customer questions, complaints, and title-transfer problems.
• Maintain compliance with state and buyer requirements, title laws, confidentiality rules, and records-retention procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of state or national title-processing experience.
• 2–3 years of knowledge of title and salvage-title requirements.
• Experience maintaining customer databases and handling clerical records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States, where the position is located.
