Residential Energy Product Strategy Intern (Energy)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; the role is hybrid and requires commuting to the designated work location in person.

Salary: $20.90–$22.10 per hour.

hirify.global is an electricity and natural gas energy company serving residential customers across eight Western and Midwestern states.

What you will do

• Coordinate and support Trade Strategy projects.
• Coordinate research and compile resources from third-party providers.
• Coordinate Program Satisfaction (PSAT) projects.
• Support residential energy product strategy and services.
• Own delivery and results for 1 to 3 key projects within the assigned focus areas.

Requirements

• Current college or university student at junior level or higher.
• Enrollment in an accredited college or university and pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Construction Science, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Availability for full-time work during the summer, up to 40 hours per week, and part-time work during the school year, up to 20 hours per week.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience through coursework, student organizations, employment, or community involvement.
• Experience using data to support decision-making.
