Summer Associate Internship (Product Strategist/Business Analyst)

Location: Hybrid role based in Pensacola, Florida, or Vienna and Winchester, Virginia, United States. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT.

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze competitor products, services, disruptive technologies, processes, and data flows.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into dashboards and applications, including natural-language querying and forecasting.
• Collaborate with technology teams, business partners, and stakeholders to identify improved functionality.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for strategic initiatives and products.
• Create work breakdown structures, road maps, and detailed action plans.
• Present research findings and proposals to leadership while participating in project team strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks, SQL, SPSS Modeler, R, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services or payments.
• Formal instructional design coursework.
