Product Manager Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at an hirify.global office in Mountain View or San Diego, California, or another U.S. office determined by the team and role. Relocation stipend provided.

Salary: $39.57–$76.92 per hour, depending on location, skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, marketers, and customer success specialists to create products and features.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative customer data to identify needs, build empathy, and uncover actionable insights.
• Define requirements, experiences, use cases, learning plans, product roadmaps, and planning priorities.
• Ship product improvements through rapid testing and experimentation.
• Partner with AI across customer research, analysis, prototyping, roadmap planning, and product iteration.
• Apply emerging technologies to improve customer experiences across the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with graduation expected after the internship ends.
• Studies in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, management information systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use AI for research, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States for the entire internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an assigned office location.
• Problem-solving, prioritization, leadership, collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
