Sales Support Specialist (Fragrance Industry)

Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México, Mexico; on-site role with the possibility of one work-from-home day per week

What you will do

• Manage customer and internal requests for product samples, quotations, technical documentation, and commercial support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Customer Service, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain customer portfolios, commercial information, account records, databases, and reporting tools.
• Track sample requests, quotations, and customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare customer presentations, reports, and commercial documentation.
• Analyze and prioritize requests while contributing to customer-experience and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management, or business support.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and customer orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in fragrances, flavors, consumer goods, chemicals, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of customer portfolio management, quotations, sample coordination, and commercial documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
