Sales Manager

Location: Mexico City and Toluca, Mexico; on-site with regular travel within Mexico

What you will do

• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a sales team of 8–10 representatives.
• Conduct joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts.
• Work with national sales and training managers to implement sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor sales goals, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• 10+ years of sales or sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Availability for regular travel within Mexico and on-site work.
