Materials Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; office-based role

Salary: $57,600–$90,400 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deploy cross-functional supply-chain initiatives that reduce waste and total landed cost.
• Lead project teams, manage schedules and KPIs, and report project status to executives.
• Implement and standardize lean material-flow processes covering KPIs, PFEP, replenishment systems, WMS, inventory control, production scheduling, and IT support systems.
• Update ERP parameters and maintain documentation to support material strategy and change management.
• Analyze ERP, spreadsheet, and other data to improve shortage mitigation, inventory accuracy, workload forecasting, and production-material synchronization.
• Optimize material presentation, conveyance routes, and value streams to reduce excess handling within and between facilities and local suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Materials, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, or nine years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting lean material-flow initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment with extended computer and telephone use.
