A large-scale baking company producing bread, bakery products, cakes, donuts, muffins, and bagels through bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes across the United States.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the Breadbox program, including production planning, purchase orders, customer operations, and inventory control.
• Create and manage production orders across Oracle and BUSS/CDB based on customer demand and inventory targets.
• Coordinate inbound orders with 3PL partners, resolve shortages, overages, damages, and expiration-date issues, and reconcile purchase orders with receipts.
• Process customer orders, validate lead times and order limits, coordinate changes with Sales, and ensure accurate planning and delivery execution.
• Monitor inventory availability, allocate inventory to customer orders, and manage shipment confirmations, invoicing, and OS&D processes.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and coordinate with 3PLs on inventory conversions, FEFO, QFS, tracking, and packaging requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of consumer products, food manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Intermediate Access.
