Logistics & Storage Engineering - Project Engineer 1

Location: Hybrid work schedule with primary location in Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in La Palma, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Travel up to 25–35% is expected, including overnight travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $93,000–$139,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of projects through conceptual, feasibility, definition, implementation, and start-up/close-out phases.
• Coordinate with affected departments on resource estimates, schedules, business benefits, and environmental, health, and safety impacts.
• Support detailed design, technical reviews, procurement requests, proposal evaluations, commissioning, and start-up.
• Manage multiple projects ranging from maintenance tasks to multi-million-dollar developments.
• Lead project safety meetings, apply the MOC process, and support energy isolation procedures and HES objectives.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, optimize processes, and participate in HAZOP, PHA, and PSSR reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution; December 2026 or May 2027 graduates are eligible.
• Strong academic performance.
• 0–3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license for work-related travel.
• United States work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule and 25–35% work-related travel.
