Data Analyst IV (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Missouri, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced analytical support for claims, provider, member, clinical, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting data.
• Extract, load, model, reconcile, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems and sources.
• Develop reports, analytical deliverables, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Review data for operational impacts, trends, issues, improvement opportunities, and required management actions.
• Perform data quality audits and analysis to support federal and state reporting compliance.
• Lead or support projects, workload planning, training, and mentoring for other Data Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake coding and query development skills.
• Intermediate Python and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with MS Excel, Access, SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse analytical tools.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or health insurance experience, including claims data.
• Project management or substantial involvement in project implementation.
• Experience driving process improvements, identifying innovative solutions, and mentoring peers.
