Risk Adjustment Execution & Enablement Analytics & Reporting Consultant (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: $84,400–$152,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Support medical record retrieval operations using medical records, claims, and eligibility data.
• Create reports, datasets, specifications, and analytics that support business and divisional decision-making.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify trends and patterns using internal and external data sources.
• Support the secure retrieval, movement, storage, and processing of healthcare data.
• Collaborate with business teams, data teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action, or 9 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and solving complex problems.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and related software development tools and processes.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations and leading functional teams or projects.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, or similar analytical technologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Healthcare analytics, business development, or innovation management experience.
• Experience with healthcare data, including medical records, claims, eligibility data, and PHI.
• Knowledge of ACA or Medicare Advantage risk adjustment.
• Experience with medical record retrieval, Teradata, Alteryx, large datasets, or healthcare data operations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
