Maintenance Technician II - 1st Shift

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Perform emergency, routine, preventive, and seasonal maintenance on production, building, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, robotic, PLC, and small outdoor power equipment.
• Support production lines, maintain 5S standards, manage waste and routine facility maintenance, and identify required parts and materials.
• Maintain and enter preventive-maintenance records and work orders, gather information, and assist with creating new preventive-maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with vendors by email and phone and coordinate maintenance-related information.
• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints, and building schematics; replace broken or outdated facility components.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation, or products.
• Ability to work from drawings, sketches, and blueprints and to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, and NEC requirements.
• PIV and aerial-lift training and certification, or ability to acquire and maintain service-equipment certifications.
• Basic PC and Windows knowledge, effective cross-department communication, and ability to prioritize work.
