Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production, processing, utility, and facility equipment.
• Install new equipment and troubleshoot machinery with operators to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Maintain building systems including plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems, and electrical equipment.
• Follow and promote safety procedures, including hazardous-waste handling, lockout/tagout, and hearing and eye protection requirements.

Requirements

• Three years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate machinery, fabricate, weld, and read PLC logic, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, climb ladders, and operate fork, scissor, and boom lifts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass E-Verify.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with variable temperatures.
