What you will do

• Complete the Global Graduate Training Program focused on financial, technical, and professional investment banking skills.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination.
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A, LBO, and capital-raising transactions.
• Support live transaction execution, including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on advisory mandates and capital markets transactions.
• Review presentation materials and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and self-starter.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in finance, business, or a related field.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
