What you will do

• Support M&A, strategic advisory, debt and equity financings, tax equity transactions, and capital structure projects.
• Build, develop, and audit sophisticated financial models and conduct valuation, financial statement, credit, and accounting analysis.
• Prepare client proposals, pitches, industry research, company analyses, and transaction materials.
• Lead comparable-company and precedent-transaction analyses and assist with company due diligence.
• Coordinate with product groups, global offices, senior bankers, clients, and market stakeholders during mandate execution.
• Generate transaction ideas by monitoring industry, regulatory, economic, political, and geopolitical developments.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school; a GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
• Knowledge of valuation techniques, financial statements, credit analysis, accounting principles, and financial markets.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to learn industry software independently.
• Excellent analytical, written, oral, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified U.S. location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Interest in digital infrastructure, power, utilities, renewables, energy, infrastructure, and energy-transition sectors.
• Experience directing or training analyst teammates.
