2027 Analyst I, Equity Solutions Group (Equity Capital Markets)

Location: New York, NY; onsite at 300 Madison Ave, Floor 8

Salary: $115,000 annually for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Support equity and equity-linked underwriting and advisory transactions.
• Gain exposure to corporate equity derivatives and margin loans.
• Work on IPOs, convertible securities and call spreads, cross-border transactions, stake acquisitions, and financings.
• Prepare client and internal presentations and track equity and corporate derivatives markets.
• Provide analytical, structuring, research, and transaction due diligence support to senior professionals.
• Partner with Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Risk Management teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business, economics, or finance gained through education and experience.
• Strong interest in financial markets and knowledge of equities, equity-linked securities, and derivatives.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, with an understanding of credit analysis and accounting principles.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, logical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative, and contribute to high-performing teams in a demanding environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• Experience with equity and equity-linked transactions.
• Understanding of corporate equity derivative concepts.
