2027 Analyst I - Corporate Banking

Location: New York, NY — 300 Madison Ave, Floor 8; the work arrangement includes on-site and remote work, with the proportion discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

Salary: $115,000 annually for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Prepare corporate credit analyses, financial models, valuations, pitch books, screening materials, and credit memos.
• Conduct due diligence on new transactions and analyze companies, industries, regulatory matters, and economic and political trends.
• Present proposed transactions to management and credit risk teams and support transaction closings.
• Monitor credit relationships through annual reviews, asset re-ratings, credit reviews, and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate with internal product groups, external consultants, advisors, and legal counsel.
• Support client relationship development, new-client identification, market-data analysis, and financing-solution development.

Requirements

• Graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; graduation expected in May 2026.
• Fundamental understanding of corporate finance and well-developed financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercial understanding of client needs and ability to synthesize data from multiple platforms.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when required by client needs.
