Title Unit - Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers and offer solutions based on their needs.
• Input, barcode, scan, and file vehicle titling documents accurately.
• Complete customer title documents in compliance with company and DMV guidelines.
• Answer and place calls professionally, make follow-up calls, and work toward first-contact resolution.
• Use company resources to research information and resolve customer issues.
• Support chat, email, and other office functions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• One year of office support experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment, computers, and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute; occasional overtime may be required.
