Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Maplewood

Location: On-site at 1811 Maplewood Commons Drive, Maplewood, Missouri 63143, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit accounts, lending products, credit cards, and other financial services.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and related member products.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.
• Share knowledge with team members and identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
