Customer Service Rep II

Location: Portland, OR; office-based role

Salary: $20.91–$27.16 per hour

What you will do

• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain customer, territory, and facility records and document customer interactions.
• Respond to customer questions, resolve problems, and provide sales support.
• Monitor shipment dates, verify pricing and terms, and follow accounts receivable and regulatory procedures.
• Make outbound calls, promote new and complementary products, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work with territory representatives, branch offices, customers, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• General computer proficiency, including MS Office.
• Ability to work primarily at a desk and communicate with customers, coworkers, and vendors in person, by phone, and in writing.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in SAP or a related ERP system.
