TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; 80% of the time is spent in the field meeting with providers. The posting also lists Houston, Texas.

Base pay: $41,700–$92,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage HEDIS quality measures and Medicare Annual Wellness Visit and attestation completion.
  • Build relationships with the provider community and support provider engagement.
  • Maintain professional provider data and promote initiatives that improve data integrity.
  • Use population health, provider operations, and sales systems to support network activities.
  • Research provider performance, engagement, data, and network participation issues.
  • Participate in provider meetings and cross-functional work groups with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • At least two years of experience with provider network contracting and credentialing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal and external customers.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid, field-based role centered in Philadelphia, with frequent provider visits.

Nice to have

  • Subject matter expertise in professional provider network relations, including claims service issues, contracting, and finance.
  • Experience with population health management applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and PowerPoint.
