What you will do

• Lead multiple project management teams and oversee workload, scheduling, QA/QC, and technical execution.
• Build senior-level relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and other clients to win and deliver transportation projects.
• Direct multi-discipline consultant teams through project development and roadway design.
• Drive business growth through solicitation responses, new contracts, relationship expansion, and cross-selling.
• Execute strategic growth, employee development, and client engagement plans.
• Manage utilization, backlog, invoicing, accounts receivable, project budgets, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 15+ years of progressive, multi-discipline experience managing transportation design projects from conception to completion.
• Proven success building long-term relationships with DOT and municipal clients.
• Ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, written, verbal communication, and senior-level representation skills.
