Supervisor Outpatient Phlebotomy (Laboratory)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, with travel to outpatient sites in Manchester, Londonderry, Hooksett, and Bedford

hirify.global operates the Elliot Hospital Laboratory, a full-service laboratory providing clinical and anatomical pathology testing, walk-in laboratory services, and support for nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

What you will do

• Supervise phlebotomy and laboratory support operations, ensuring accurate specimen collection and strong patient and client service.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, daily activities, phlebotomy stations, and traveling phlebotomy services across multiple locations.
• Lead orientation, training, competency maintenance, and performance management for phlebotomy and support staff.
• Resolve staff, client, and operational issues while maintaining communication with laboratory leadership and business development partners.
• Review and develop policies and procedures, maintain documentation, and support state inspection readiness.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget with the Laboratory Support Manager while maintaining hands-on bench skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of laboratory experience required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree in medical or biological science preferred.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Full-time on-site work is based primarily at the main campus and requires travel to outpatient locations as needed.
