Community Relations Director (Senior Living)

What you will do

• Lead the sales and marketing department for the community.
• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Respond to and follow up with walk-ins, phone inquiries, mail inquiries, and active leads.
• Plan and deliver seminars, speaker sessions, themed events, and family nights with the sales, marketing, and program teams.
• Build referral relationships with residents, families, professional care providers, and community partners.
• Achieve budgeted move-in targets, maintain waitlists and sales boards, and report sales activity to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in senior housing or hospitality sales is preferred.
• Experience in competitive outside and inside sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales metrics, and software programs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leadership style.
• Professional communication and appearance, with a passion for serving seniors.
