Safety Specialist (TA Inside Rep)

Location: Duluth, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Generate sales, gross profit growth, and new account activation through proactive outbound and inbound customer calls.
• Maintain and grow existing customer sales volume while pursuing prospective accounts.
• Manage customer territories, sales pipelines, opportunities, and retention plans in Salesforce.
• Negotiate pricing, protect profitability, and process quotes and orders in SAP.
• Handle customer returns and credits and coordinate with the credit department to keep accounts current.
• Collaborate with district managers, store personnel, field account managers, and peers on customer growth and sales development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of Safety Sales experience at hirify.global.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Duluth, Georgia.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Industrial distribution experience or knowledge of PPE, welding, and gases.
