Customer Parts Sales Support Specialist

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts orders, from quotation and order entry through execution and delivery.
• Generate, track, and close commercial quotations while meeting quote response time targets.
• Coordinate shipment planning, export and import compliance, and customer delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Export Control, and other teams to resolve issues and fulfill customer requirements.
• Monitor payment status, debt recovery, contractual matters, risk assessment, order priorities, escalations, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order/project management.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, financial processes, and contract language.
• Experience managing complex orders or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
