What you will do

• Review, analyze, and interpret vocational and medical information from claim files.
• Assess job duties and demands and provide balanced vocational opinions.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement vocational rehabilitation, return-to-work, and stay-at-work plans.
• Work with employers, claimants, healthcare providers, claims professionals, and internal resources.
• Complete comprehensive forensic vocational assessments and coach claims professionals on vocational topics.
• Maintain professional certifications and stay current with developments in the vocational field.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field.
• Certification in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management.
• Ability to communicate complex vocational issues clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to meet quality and quantity performance standards while working with urgency and flexibility.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of vocational experience.
• Interest in developing broader business and leadership skills.
