What you will do

  • Perform assembly, testing, inspection, calibration, and intermediate troubleshooting of production equipment and materials.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Collect and analyze operating and inspection data, identify process variation, and make approved process adjustments.
  • Support engineering tests, trials, design of experiments, and process validation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending changes to documentation, work methods, cycle time, and product quality.
  • Mentor Manufacturing Operator I employees and support daily workflow coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical environment.
  • Ability to perform intermediate-level tasks accurately and independently while following work instructions, process flows, and safety requirements.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use precision tools, gauges, microscopes, and basic test equipment.
  • Understanding of quality standards, documentation, safety protocols, PPE, and cleanroom attire requirements.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive motions for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
