AI Product Manager Graduate (Corporate Information Systems - AI Vertical Scenarios)

What you will do

• Plan and design enterprise AI Agent products, including building core agent capabilities from 0 to 1.
• Research enterprise user needs through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights.
• Build and continuously refine evaluation systems, capability evaluation sets, and product effectiveness measurements.
• Track model performance and use data to improve AI capabilities and user experience.
• Explore AI applications for office automation, knowledge management, content generation, and related workplace scenarios.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; graduation and availability dates must be stated in the resume.
• Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management studies are preferred, while strong practical AI experience from other backgrounds is accepted.
• Logical thinking, self-direction, user-oriented problem solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Strong interest in AI products and current developments in the LLM and Agent space.
• Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2027.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in AI products.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Coze, or similar AI and Agent tools.
• Hands-on experience building agents or AI applications, supported by demos or a portfolio.
