What you will do

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design from 0 to 1, turning cutting-edge technology into usable product experiences.
• Conduct user interviews and data analysis to distill core pain points of enterprise users.
• Build and refine AI capability evaluation sets to track product effectiveness and model performance.
• Explore innovations in office automation, knowledge management, and content generation.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, AI, or Information Management.
• Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
• Strong logical thinking, self-driven nature, and user-value orientation.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Genuine passion for LLM and Agent developments.

Nice to have

• Relevant internship or project experience in AI products.
• Hands-on experience building agents or AI applications using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Coze.
• A portfolio or demos of AI-based projects.
