Senior/Staff Product Manager (Mental Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $180,000–$260,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the core consumer experience for finding, starting, and staying engaged with mental healthcare.
• Analyze data and consumer pain points to identify opportunities for stronger engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists on product discovery and experimentation.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team in designing, launching, and measuring product improvements.
• Own complex, high-impact product areas and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and results to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing or marketplace products.
• Experience owning complex, high-impact products and building at scale.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills.
• Quantitative fluency, including A/B testing at scale, experiment design, and causal analysis.
• Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces and supply-and-demand optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
