Applications Testing Coordinator (Robotic Printing)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite work across shop, field, and active test-floor environments

What you will do

• Coordinate incoming test requests, approvals, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across project and technology teams.
• Schedule and sequence test prints on Vulcan and Titan printers according to print windows, crew availability, and material readiness.
• Procure and track materials, consumables, structural steel, reinforcement, tooling, instrumentation, and specialty supplies.
• Coordinate non-print activities, vendors, supply-chain tasks, cleanup, heavy equipment, and site services.
• Maintain traceable test documentation, including quality-control data, print observations, visual records, shift reports, test plans, results, and machine telemetry.
• Oversee the packaging, lifting, loading, and shipping of test specimens and articles to laboratories, job sites, and partners.

Requirements

• Three or more years of coordination, planning, logistics, or technical-operations experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, testing, or field operations.
• Experience reading and following construction or product drawings and specifications, including rebar diagrams and machine assemblies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent activities and stakeholders while maintaining accurate records, schedules, and status reports.
• Comfort using tools for manual fabrication and working hands-on with materials, specimens, lifting, shipping, and active production or test-floor operations.
• Proficiency with ticketing, documentation, productivity, spreadsheet, and dashboard tools, including software such as Jira, Confluence, or Procore.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or an associate's degree is welcomed.

Nice to have

• Background as a construction foreman, Construction Manager, lab coordinator, or field-operations lead.
• Experience with test campaigns, construction mockups, research and development builds, concrete quality-control sampling, or specimen traceability.
• Familiarity with 3D printing, rapid fabrication, concrete construction, rebar bills of materials, and complex shop drawings.
• Procurement or vendor-coordination experience involving structural steel or specialty construction supplies.
• Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, aerial lifts, or other heavy material-handling equipment.
