Clinical Coordinator (Radiologic Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States, with travel to partner sites in Texas required. Travel is expected up to once monthly in 2026 and may scale to up to 50% from 2027. Reliable access to a major airport is required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build the clinical education component for a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT (R) certification eligibility.
• Align clinical and didactic education, sequence clinical objectives, and evaluate clinical outcomes each term.
• Evaluate and qualify partner facilities, secure accreditor recognition, maintain clinical affiliation agreements, and designate clinical preceptors.
• Manage student clinical placement, scheduling, supervision, competency progression, clinical hours, advisement, and remediation plans.
• Train and support clinical preceptors and enforce radiation safety, MRI screening, supervision, and student exposure-reporting requirements.
• Contribute to accreditation reports and assessments, teach didactic or clinical courses, and travel for site evaluations, student advisement, preceptor development, and accreditation visits.

Requirements

• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification and a current Texas GMRT certificate are required.
• Availability to travel to Texas and reliable access to a major airport are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA.
• At least two years of clinical radiography experience and at least one year of instructor experience in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• Working knowledge of JRCERT Standards and ABHES clinical experience requirements, or willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Prior clinical coordinator or clinical instructor experience in a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• Experience managing clinical education across multiple sites or health systems.
