Technical Project Manager III - New Glenn 9x4 (Aerospace)

Location: Space Coast, Florida, United States; U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status required.

hirify.global develops reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, including the New Glenn orbital launch vehicle.

What you will do

• Own the artifacts needed to transition assigned work centers from design through sustained production.
• Create standardized data aggregation and reporting for executive leadership, including readiness, escalations, support needs, and progress.
• Track design releases, make-or-buy parts, tooling, template work orders, non-conformances, and production-start requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, suppliers, and program leadership to deliver critical flight and R&D hardware.
• Manage budgets, engineering, procurement, and supplier schedules while communicating risks and mitigation plans.
• Support subject matter experts during builds and transition products from concept into development.

Requirements

• Expert experience in project management within a technical environment.
• 3–4 years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and balancing internal and external schedules.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, act proactively, and contribute to an inclusive workplace.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a citizen or national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
• Experience with fabrication vendors and spacecraft or launch-vehicle assembly and integration.
• Experience with CAD and PLM software.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
