Project Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end project deployment across teams, delivery streams, and technologies.
• Align project scope, quality standards, delivery timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery frameworks according to project and organizational needs.
• Define release calendars, milestones, and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with client IM teams to validate platform readiness and technical and business requirements.
• Lead EIS readiness and cutover planning, including execution, risk mitigation, contingency planning, and formal validation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in release management, preferably in large-scale digital transformation or post-merger integration programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with release planning, methodology alignment, and platform readiness across delivery cycles.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Agile or SAFe certification.
• PMP or ITIL certification.
• French language skills.
