Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Toronto, ON

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Own strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes for a critical AR Automation product area.
• Lead the evolution of the platform into an AI-first, highly automated, and scalable system.
• Define product narratives, priorities, assumptions, risks, and success metrics using customer insight and data.
• Design and run concept tests, pilots, pricing tests, and other experiments before scaling initiatives.
• Drive product lifecycle activities from discovery through commercialization, adoption, and post-launch performance.
• Partner cross-functionally on systems thinking, scalable customer journeys, technical modernization, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, fintech, or payments.
• Proven ownership of measurable product outcomes and experience scaling complex products, platforms, or APIs.
• Experience launching AI/ML products or features.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing experiments and translating data into product decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and partner deeply with engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounts receivable, payments, or financial workflow automation.
• Experience applying AI/ML to product development or product capabilities.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, product analytics, or data tooling.
• Strong systems-thinking ability for designing scalable solutions.
