Product Manager (AI Portfolio)

Location: Remote within Canada, with the option to work full-time from the Toronto office or hybrid throughout the week.

Salary: CA$107,100–CA$144,900 per year.

What you will do

• Develop the AI product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and customer outcomes.
• Build on Vena Copilot and launch new AI agents for finance professionals.
• Write product requirements and manage the software development lifecycle with scrum teams.
• Assess opportunities, create prototypes, and validate solutions through user research and Design Thinking.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, architects, Product Managers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use data and analytics to measure feature effectiveness and define follow-up improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada for this remote role.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a customer-facing role with hands-on technical experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, diligence, curiosity, and customer focus.
• Technical understanding and interest in how software products are built.
• Familiarity with quantitative research methods, data patterns, and insights.
• Familiarity with Agile software development.

Nice to have

• Experience building and launching an AI product.
• Experience in CPM, FP&A, or fintech.
• SaaS experience.
