What you will do

• Design and develop web-based and instructor-led courses for the Enterprise Supply Chain learning and development team.
• Create learning materials aligned with defined outcomes, organizational goals, and key performance indicators.
• Develop knowledge checks and theory assessments to measure knowledge transfer.
• Produce supporting multimedia materials, including instructional videos.
• Assess audience learning needs and identify knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop course content.

Requirements

• At least five years of instructional design experience.
• Expertise with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methods such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Experience drafting content and developing graphics and videos based on subject matter expert feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, plus strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Two instructional design portfolio samples are required; a practical assessment may be required during the interview process.

Nice to have

• Experience with Camtasia.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or risk management.
