Instructional Designer

Location: Remote, Lafayette, CO

Annual base compensation: $65,000–$70,000, plus bonus potential of up to 10% annually.

What you will do

• Build interactive online courses, microcontent training, and promotional videos focused on compliance topics.
• Translate complex regulatory and technical content into engaging learning experiences with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Produce and edit training multimedia, including audio, video, and images.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Training & Content Team and support administrative tasks such as filing and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications design, or a related field.
• 1.5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, communication design, multimedia, or training video production.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, or comparable eLearning authoring platforms.
• Experience designing interactive online learning, including scenario-based training and simulations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, creative problem-solving, and feedback implementation skills.
• Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, filming, or editing.
