Project Manager, Digital Radiography Implementations (Medical Imaging)

Location: Remote, ideally based on the Mid-Atlantic Coast, including DC, Maryland, Virginia, or the Carolinas; extensive travel throughout the US, approximately 60–80%, to hospital, clinic, and customer sites.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and education.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for digital radiography and X-ray projects, from order review through site preparation, delivery, installation, calibration, training, and go-live.
• Lead pre-sales site assessments and risk assessments, and support DR sales at customer sites.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, structural, construction, and site-readiness activities with contractors and facilities teams.
• Manage schedules, risks, milestones, revenue recognition, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate hospitals, general contractors, architects, sales, service, manufacturing, and applications teams.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for project execution and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or construction project management.
• At least 7 years of successful project management experience, preferably in medical devices and healthcare sites.
• Clinical experience in radiography or medical imaging, including digital radiographic X-ray systems, PACS, networking, and clinical workflows.
• Experience working with contractors, facilities teams, and cross-functional internal resources.
• Ability to read blueprints; strong organizational, multi-project management, customer-facing, and issue-resolution skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.

• Experience with turnkey development, management, and implementation.
• CAD knowledge.
• Experience with radiology and clinical workflows.
• Strong forecasting, funnel management, time management, and teamwork skills.
